Fair is fair: if you buy a thousand identical signs for a chain, we are not the cheapest. If you sell custom signs to people who expect something from them, we are.

Your customer asks for something

A text, a logo, a size. You enter it in your portal, or your customer designs it himself in the tool on your own website.

You see your price straight away

For a text sign your purchase price appears as you type it. For a logo we look at it and you usually have the price the same working day.

You pay by Bancontact, iDEAL, bank transfer or PayPal. Once you work with us regularly you can order on invoice.

You follow every step in your portal: drawing, production, photo of the result, tracking number. Straight to your customer if you want.

Exactly what your customer gets

So you can repeat it without having to guess.

Real LED neon tube - not an LED strip behind a panel. Bent by hand on our own jig, sign by sign.

Acrylic panel cut to size - cut to the shape of the letters, rectangular or with rounded corners. Clear or coloured.

12 volts with adapter - no mains voltage in the sign, safe to touch, European plug.

Dimmer with remote - in the box as standard, at no extra cost.

Mounting kit and instructions - four ways to hang it: on the wall, with spacers, suspended or on a stand.

Outdoors as well - waterproof version, at extra cost. Just say so and we build it that way.

Full-size working drawing - you get the drawing with all dimensions before we start. If something is off, you see it before the sign exists.

Photo of the finished sign - before it leaves. You are welcome to forward it to your customer.

What does it cost to become a reseller?

Nothing. No joining fee, no subscription, no minimum order. You only pay for the signs you order.

Do I need a registered business?

Yes. We work with VAT numbers, partly so the invoices are right for your bookkeeping. Still starting up? Sign up anyway and mention it - we will take a look.

How quickly do I know whether I am approved?

Usually within one working day. Someone here looks at your website or store and opens your account. You then get an email with a button that logs you straight in.

How do I log in?

With your email address, without a password. You enter your address and get a button in your mailbox. That button works for one hour and only once. So there is no password to forget or to leak.

How do I know what a sign costs?

For a text sign the price is immediate: you type the text, pick the size and see your purchase price. For a logo we look at it ourselves - how many metres of tube go into a logo cannot be read from a file. You usually have that price the same working day.

Can you deliver straight to my customer?

Yes, and without our name on the parcel. No logo, no invoice in the box, no note. You give your customer's address with your order.

What if something is broken or wrong?

Then we sort it out. Two years of warranty, including on what you resold. You report it in your portal or you simply call.

Can I pay on invoice?

After a few orders, yes. You then get a credit limit and payment terms, and you see your outstanding balance in your portal. At the start you pay upfront - that is simplest for both of us.

How does that design tool work on my own site?

You build it in your portal: your logo, your colours, your margin. You get a line of code to paste into Shopify or your own site. Your customer designs his sign at your place, and the order reaches us in your name.

May I use your photos?

Yes, everything in the marketing pack may be used to sell. Our name does not have to appear. What is not allowed is pretending you run the workshop yourself - that always shows the moment a customer asks a technical question.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Belgium and the Netherlands as standard, and the rest of the EU on request. You see the shipping cost before you order.

What if my customer supplies his own design?

Send it over - a vector is nicest, but a good photo or a sketch works too. We will tell you whether it can be bent and what it costs. You get that verdict before you promise anything.
